I’ve always found it hard to throw away wrapping papers after unwrapping a present. Many pieces ended up as decoration on my studio walls. The cheerful colors, and simple but pretty patterns that adorn paper goods always put a smile on my face. I love using notebooks, beautiful envelops and cards. In this digital era they’re a treasure to me, I keep sending snail mail (and love receiving it!).

Ever since I was a little child, I’ve drawn labels for my mother’s annual collection of preserved goods like jam, lemon curd, chutney, lemonades and vinegar.
